Global Aid Network helps to reveal hope and restore life through relief and development initiatives for people living in crisis and injustice. Our mission is to demonstrate the love of God, in word and deed.

We are a registered non-profit organization and worldwide humanitarian relief and development organization, which has grown to become part of a diverse, global network with offices in Canada, United States, Germany, Australia, Austria, South Korea, Netherlands, Philippines, UK, Switzerland, and Spain. With distribution networks established throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, our compassionate reach is truly global in scale.

We accomplish our mission, in partnership with international Cru ministries, through three programs: food and agriculture, clean water, and critical aid. Our partners at Cru work in more than 191 countries in the world.

Over the course of 25 years of ministry, GAiN has leveraged strategic global partnerships and the service of dedicated volunteers to relieve suffering for people through humanitarian assistance.

History of GAiN

[/cs_text][/cs_element_column][cs_element_column _id=”13″ ][cs_text]

When the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1991 led to the dissolution of the Soviet Union, thousands of men, women, and children found themselves caught in the wake of economic hardship. Josh McDowell Ministry™ began Operation Carelift to address the physical needs of these impoverished people. By 2003, Operation Carelift had mobilized thousands of Christians and moved countless tons of humanitarian aid to the former Soviet Union and beyond. To advance this expanding ministry, GAiN was formed in 2003 as a separate agency.

Today, independent GAiN resource offices operate in the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, South Korea, and Poland. GAiN’s focus on restoring human dignity by sharing the love of God in words and deeds helps Cru and other partner entities to achieve their global goals.
