Denso Ten Philippines (TNPH), a car technology manufacturer that is passionate in helping the poor, sponsored this rehabilitation project. It involved the installation of a solar facility in a primary school where electricity was not yet available. The beneficiary, Rawang Elementary School, is located in Brgy. Rawang, Tanay Rizal.
GAiN PH facilitated the supplies and installation of this 2.2KW solar facility project.
A cheer of jubilation was heard across the school grounds when it was turned on for the first time. This was on March 19, 2024. Students were clapping with joy and excitement in appreciation for the help given.
The Inauguration Ceremony was held two days later, March 21, 2024. The executives of Denso Ten and the country director of GAiN PH conducted the turnover ceremony to the delight of the whole community.
GAiN PH is excited to help provide solar facilities in remote areas. This type of project instills hope for a better future in a community as it aids education and livelihood. It also helps preserve Mother Earth by reducing carbon footprint. Renewable energy like this indeed serves a lot of noble purposes.
