Phase 2 for the 7.8 Mindanao Earthquake Disaster Response

The emergency phase is over. After one week of visiting affected communities, distributing relief goods, and coordinating with LGUs and other people on the ground. Now comes the work of rebuilding—and this is where real, lasting transformation happens.
Phase 2 of the GAiN Philippines 7.8 Mindanao Earthquake Disaster Response shifts from immediate relief to sustainable recovery. We’ll be working alongside communities devastated by the 7.8 earthquake to do what we do best: walk alongside families as they rebuild their lives, supporting them as they move from survival mode to stability and hope.
This isn’t quick and easy work. Nor is it work we can do on our own.
We need people like you. Here’s what you can do:
- Donate. Your contribution funds materials, labor, and programs that transform destroyed communities into thriving ones.
- Volunteer. We need hands, hearts, and commitment to work and walk alongside families rebuilding their homes and their futures.
- Share. Help us spread the world, share our mission, amplify our message, and understand why this work matters.
When we rebuild together, communities don’t just recover—they emerge stronger than before.
Phase 2—The Rehabilitation Phase—starts on July 2026. Communities are waiting. Families are ready. Volunteers are needed. Donations are urgent. Will you be part of bringing hope and healing to Mindanao?
